MINDOLOGY FITNESS LEADERSHIP COACHING


Mindology Fitness Leadership Coaching (MFLC) works on a very simple principle, subconscious pattern deconstruction.  The 6-hour workshop process focuses on distinguishing specific default identity construction stages. We then   dismantle that identity and intentionally reconstruct a new identity, "by design".  It's the difference between using a brand-new smart phone on factory settings or reprogramming the smartphone to better cater your user preferences.  Most people are not aware that they don't have to live their life contextually within factory-settings.  Once we've done that, we go back to the "old you" and we build a bridge from the old you to the new you.  Once we discover and design the new you, together, we dismantle the bridge so there's no going back. When we know how to methodically dismantle and then reconstruct our identities, we are become better coaches and leaders for others.
