SHOPPING LIST
Organic coffee, herbal teas
or MCT oil - approx teaspoon a day - if headache develops, reduce intake
Water (Distilled) - consume at least half your body weight in ounces

BODY PREP
2 day pre-fast - extend hours between daily meals as long as possible - consume large quantities of protein & vegetables, avoid carbs.
1 day pre-fast - skip breakfast. Eat large (primarily protein) meal 1-3pm.
Eat large protein only meal three hours before bedtime.
Consume at least half your body weight in water.
Grounding: Walk or sit at least 15 minutes per day with feet touching the earth and visualizing white light entering through the bottom of your feet and moving slowly but powerfully up and out of the top of your head and into the sky.
Energy Bath Detox 1 cup of baking soda & 1 cup of iodine table salt
Best to take bath in evening and don't rinse off until you shower in the morning.
MIND PREP
Write down exactly why you are committing to this fast.
For example;

SPIRIT PREP
Commit to 20 minutes of sitting in silence to "ponder" daily.

EXERCISE INFORMATION
No rigorous exercise - whether you are running rigorously on a treadmill or from a lion, the mind registers both as a stressful situation and creates large surges of cortisol to assist you in getting away and running towards safety.
No intense workouts. Lots of stretching, walking and very gentle yoga.
GAME ON!
DAY 1 Morning Prep Pt1:
Drink warm water or organic coffee with coconut or MCT oil.
Write down why you are fasting.
Create your awakening/falling asleep mantra.
Prepare your emergency bone or veggie broth.
Eat as much protein as comfortably possible.
DAY 2 Morning Prep Pt2:
Skip breakfast. Eat large (primarily protein) meal between 1-3pm
Eat large - protein only - meal three hours before bedtime.
Consume at least half your body weight (ounces) in water.
