Mindology Teacher Care is a 3-hour, online training program designed to equip teachers with science-based tools and practices necessary for effectively regulating their emotions and restoring inner coherence, especially during chaotic moments. This personal journey of self-awareness enables participants to navigate life's challenges with calm and balance while simultaneously supporting their students.

The course also focuses on identifying the participant's default way of reacting when things go wrong and teaches them how to be at the effect of these challenges instead of being impacted by them. Additionally, participants deepen their understanding of Mindology methodologies, enhancing their ability to integrate these principles into their daily lives and teaching practices.                                $400.00
